Is the internal loop the white key type? If so is th key removed as if it is it cannot pass

Yep the white built in internal key
Weren't to hand
Has to get one from spares
I'm on hold until they get back.
Been there before with hijacked appliance owners.

If the key is not in place it will not be the loop as I said before mate.

Had to attain another key as there weren't one there.
Have put the danger do use label on it.
Filled in a CP12
Wait till they get back.
Surely the cost of the repair is going to be outstanding.
