Are there still some startup problems with these circulators? Most of the comments are now a few years old, though the sensitivity to spikey voltage was mentioned only a couple of months ago. I would also like to ask if these problems occurred when on a proportional pressure speed setting or also on fixed speed settings. For the old system I am working on with no TRVs I would used a fixed.
 
Not had any for a bit now !
Must have been addressed, it was a component on little PCB in grundfos as far as I remember but only in UPS 2, not the alpha
