Hi all,
Got a w/c that seems really slow to flush. When flushing water pressure not great but still get a bad smell after flushing and slow to drain. Does this sound like diaphragm change AND perhaps an obstruction? Gubbins inside cistern seem your average type, flush valve and inlet. What would a syphonic w/c look or flush like? not sure if this loo is a syphonic.

Hi. The sure way of checking if it is syphonic would be to remove cistern and look for a part in the flush outlet that protrudes and locates with a hole on the pan. (its the bit that induces the syphon.)
