Seeing woman next week who says she wants a new basin for her bathroom vanity but that it's large and she's had trouble finding one the right size. Any recommendations of sites/places to look?

Could you bung a sink in there and convert down to 32mm waste without major problemos? As I guess they'd mostly be bigger...?
