Grateful for any advice regarding this problem.

Flat about to be let and main heat exchanger in Worcester Bosch Greenstar 24i Junior has failed!

I can replace with identical model (I think!) but would prefer to use GC2000iW C if possible. Question is, can the 2000 fit directly onto the 24i mounting frame? If so, it's going to make installation a helluva lot easier!

Appreciate any advice.

failed how ?

And no different frames and flue holes

There's very rarely ever a 'straight swap' so I wouldn't pick the next boiler on that reason. It's a days work normally including a bit of pipe adjustments no matter which manufacturer/model etc.
We fit a lot of Baxi 800's in our rentals, they are great value, have a good warranty and easy to install.

You seen they’ve updated to the newer model ?

I've seen the marketing material promoting the new version but not an actual boiler, has much changed? We're heading to the Installer show on Thursday so was hoping to have a look at one then.

Yep quiet a bit new prv and condy layout and pushfit now

Also new insides

Do you know if it’s damaged more parts they should of emailed you a sheet saying the parts required

Hello, I am seeking some advice, I have a POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler and I noticed yesterday that the water around the house is no longer warming up. The heat exchanger has been changed 6 months ago, so I do not believe it is that. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks

Hi, Can anyone advise as to why the cold water to my bathroom keeps airlocking? This originally happened about 12 months ago and has happened 3-4 times since. It’s an upstairs bathroom, fed from a tank in the attic. The tank is about 8 Meters away and feeds a bath, sink and toilet. The tank...
