can anyone jog my memory potterton puma is there a filter on the cold water inlet my in laws have had a new water meter today and both toilet valves were blocked and they have no hot water his done the toilets but wants me to look at the boiler dont see many of these and cant see anything in the manual

I fitted the 80e ones years ago. Seem to remember there being a filter on the cold inlet valve.
