Hi ,
I have a Thorn housewarmer 2 30/45 backboiler and up until a few days ago after removing 1 radiator to do some tiling i have found that my heating wont work now. I have no pilot light on and it wont ignite using the correct procedure either.Every thing else seems ok , pump, diverter etc.
Does anyone know what might be wrong ?

most likely cause is thermo couple failure or pilot blocked does pilot light but then goes out when you release/turn the gas valve ?

possible gas valve or blocked injector thermocouple fault will be if it doesnt stay alight when igniting it should be on bypass
suggest an enginner as he will try and light it without the ignitor
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TRY THIS YOURSELF
