My mother lives in Zimbabwe. She has some old taps that leak like crazy. I bought her some new ones, but the way they have the sink fitted, there is no way to get to them in without ripping a steel frame built to hold the sink.

So the old taps need new washers. They are pegler taps. I am in UK but have no idea what to get. Please advise me as these taps seem to be niether cartridges or washers.

Looks like a black rubber washer held in place, and partially covered, by a brass screw.
I think it is more likely to be an o-ring that has been misshapen or worn by years of service.

Pegler might be able to tell you what size / part number is needed if you send them the pics. If not measure the inner and outer diameter of the channel it sits in. My guess is that it'll be a fairly common (imperial) size.

Hi guys. I'm trying to identify a toilet model before ordering a seat for a customer. I went to what used to be a Roca stockist (they no longer are) and one of the guys there reckoned it might be "The Gap". I went to the new stockist and the guy there disagreed it was "The Gap" and that he'd...
