Noise from the pipes after flushing the loo , running a bath ...

Just had a new baxi combi installed. The water pressure is suddenly super high and after we flush the loo or run a bath etc there is a strange loud noise for about 20 seconds . How can we stop this please

Sounds like water hammer, phone the installer and ask if they can come back to sort it out.
