No hot water pressure

Hi hope someone can help. Got this ideal isar he24 combi that delivers just a trickle of hot water to all outlets.
First I checked the filter on the cold inlet valve and that was clear. Then I thought, new heat exchanger time. But it was changed in November.
any ideas would be appreciated. Technical could offer no other advice.

What's the pressure on the mains cold taps(s)?
What's the pressure on the cold as it enters the boiler?
What's the pressure on the hot as it leaves the boiler?

The cold taps are fine. Not sure about pressure just before and after the boiler. I'm going back there tomorrow. Could it be a filter inside the diverter valve? I'm just gonna have to take it apart and have a look (bummer) I'll check these pressures and all pipe work again first though.
