Haha Thanks All.

How do i...
1 join a group?
2 upload an avatar - don't have the option in my profile at the moment?
3 add a signature?

Cheers

Here be most of your questions answered.

Thanks Croppie

I'm still stuck though.

The avatar settings are stuck to no avatar.

And there is also no option for me to have/edit signature in the list as described in Getting started.

And sorry, but still none the wiser regarding joining groups.

Hopefully if these are sorted i won't hassle you lot any more.

Just need to hit 10 posts son.

Talk to me, why did you get into plumbing?

But i did master signatures.

haha. Should be able to hit 10 soon.

Well, my mate has been a plumber now for almost 5 years. He knew that i wasn't making a lot of money with my other bussiness, so he convinced me to ask my parents to help me out and get me through a plumbing course.

I will confess now though that i suppose i'm one of those plumbers that you guys don't like, you know, the ones that did a fast track course. It's more of a foundation course to do my Gas.

The plan, however, is once i'm GSR and can afford it, i'm going to get the city n guilds qualification as well so i can have some better training.

Hi, Can anyone advise as to why the cold water to my bathroom keeps airlocking? This originally happened about 12 months ago and has happened 3-4 times since. It’s an upstairs bathroom, fed from a tank in the attic. The tank is about 8 Meters away and feeds a bath, sink and toilet. The tank...

Our kitchen mixer tap has started dripping. Like so much of the plumbing in our almost new build bungalow, it is lacking! The plumber didn't install any isolating cocks in the H&C feed to the tap so how can I identify which of the valves is passing? Shut the whole H&C water system down?
