Hi All,

i have a customer that has a Grohe automatic 2000 that is leaking from the shower head. I have found a place to get a new thermostatic cartridge but they also sell 2 oring sets? Question is do i go for the o rings from grohe? Are they the sort of company that have there own size o rings and standard of the shelf wont fit or am i wasting my time and just go for the new cartridge?
Anyone had any similar experiences with this make and model shower?

thanks
