Williams are changing to Turbo Rads whoever they may be! You might be buying some 10mm plugs and coach screws!!

Turborad is our own brand, but is made for us by QRL, (Quinn radiators, formerly Barlo radiators) manufactured in sunny Newport.

However, I am pretty sure that we have a huge stillage of the 10mm plugs and coach screws, so if you chat up your local branch or usual contact, you might get lucky and squirrel a few away!

cant find the new turbo rads on the site..

Mark out the holes in the brackets & screw 4" #12 screws right into the thermolite block, no rawl plugs or pilot drill. Works a treat.
I was sceptical when a builder told me about it but it works.
You need to position the bracket on the wall, hold it & screw the first screw in through the bracket so there is no need to remove the screw to fit the bracket.

No, we have not put them up yet, as we are still building stocks at our central distribution centre, and have shed loads of Heatline to clear. However, they will be going on the site as soon as we have a full range in stock.

Some of the branches have them already, but the branches tend to only keep between 70 and 100 faster moving sizes, out of a total of closer to 200 sizes in all.

Would I need to drill with a 6mm drill bit and tap in a brown plug to make it tighter?

Depends on plug our Browns use a 7mm hole or 5.5 for red plugs

Depends on wall try a 6mm first can always go up to 7mm
