unvented and no best to call a g3(unvented) engineer out dont call a normal plumber

Safety device probably faulty, call a g3 qualified plumber for a service.

No you can't work on that, or similar unvented units unless you have a G3 qualification.
That unit has an external vessel which needs tested as part of the yearly service you are supposed to have carried out by a G3 engineer. This will keep the units warranty (often 25years) and more importantly keep it safe and reliable.
Only unvented units you can replenish the air gap are those that have an internal air gap, like Megaflow, which you simply drain to a point where air can be let in and refill unit

Our kitchen mixer tap has started dripping. Like so much of the plumbing in our almost new build bungalow, it is lacking! The plumber didn't install any isolating cocks in the H&C feed to the tap so how can I identify which of the valves is passing? Shut the whole H&C water system down?

Every two weeks or so I have to go and top up the system because the hot taps are running cold. Boiler display is flashing 0.6 bar and I fill up to 1.3. I've had an engineer look inside the boiler and he can't see anything wrong. I've checked the pipes all over the house and cannot see any...

Hello all, I'm would like to extend an existing outside tap to another point in the garden. I'm about to pour a concrete patio and was hoping to run the water line underneath. There are existing drain (and who knows what) pipes running along the same wall so I'm nervous about digging too far...
