Hi to all

I have installed a new Drayton Digistat +, the question I have is if I set it to 19 and the display is reading 19.5 why does it keep firing up every 6 mins. I have noticed that in time when it reaches 20 it will turn of more often for longer periods. Do thermostats work within a degree of the actual set temp you would like.

Our house has cavity wall so it does feel cold all the time so could it be the stat trying to keep up with trying to heat the room up but also the house is getting cold quickly when heating is off.I am due in the next 2 weeks to have insulation fitted so hoping to see an improvement in warmth and the way boiler works.

Hope this makes sense

thanks in advance

Paolo
