From a national merchant/shed, not internet-only sellers like amazon etc.

Fitted lots.
From low quality b&q to villeroy and boch. And between £50 to £200. Still not found a good top fixing seat.
Best of a bad bunch would be vitra s20 or s50. They are stainless steel and not a plastic insert. But they may be made for their own wc.

TBH all soft close seats have a but of wobble.
