Biasi combi hw not working

Please help.... Biasi boiler is not producing hw. So I changed the diaphragm in the diverter. This worked for about an hour then the problem returned. I noticed the pin from the diverter is not coming out enough to make a full connection on the micro switch. The micro switch works manually..
Can anyone give me some pointers please
