Identification of Caravan Shower Mixer

Is there anyone out there recognise the manufacturer of the shower mixer valve , there is no markings on the leaver or brass work. It has started to leak around the barrel. Thanks

Nothing in the handbook, caravan 3yrs old. I have found the name Reich on the sink tap, and as the coloured grommet on the leaver is identical to the mixer I am assuming the mixer is the same

If the caravan is only 3 years old, you could always check with the manufacturer for the make? Also maybe check warranty?
