That's not a safety stat that's the control stat.

It's either fixed temp or the adjustment is on the side where it's pushed into the pocket.

OK. Thanks. Presumably if its got a thermostat then that will switch off at preset temp eg 75°? I only want to use it for a few days and was planning on setting the timer for only 2 lots of half hour but curious as to what sort of temp (if any) it would switch off at.
 
Sorry I cant see the pic , but the cylinder should not be set above 60 ( through a control thermostat ) a thermal store can go higher . It MUST also have a highlimit thermostat that operates if the control stat fails , and they do .
Some , high and control stats are combined as one
