I went to Alendorf with Viessmann last year , we stood in awe watching a hollow bar of stainless get bent to a perfect coil with a uniform 0.8 mm gap between each coil . They would not let you video or take pictures.
That's understandable, I gather it's a patented design. It's one of the things that makes their boilers unique. I've been quite impressed with mine so far, but then I've only got an 18 year old Baxi to compare it to. Anything will be a step up compared to that old banger!
