when customer is having a shower the boiler cuts out and service button flashes if you run the hot water from the tap there is no problem only the shower.
also the heating side the rads furthest away form boiler are only getting luke warm im putting the heating down to pump.

not been out to look at it yet just had the call and trying to get some directions on possible fault.

take shower head off,run see if it locks out,some greenstar boilers have no adjustment on hot water temp,fixed to 50
and some of these showers require a hotter output,i would check hot ntc,check heating circs,with hot water on,to see if bypasssing
divertor,maybe blocked cphe,i would run taps see if locks out on them as well
had a similiar thing a few weeks ago real ball ache ,found the ratio out on boiler so fga it,it was only slightlry out but enough to cause this intermittant hot water prob
