Discuss Vaillant ecofit pure hot water cuts out in the Central Heating Forum area at PlumbersForums.net

I have a Vaillant ecofit pure, we had it installed about 6 years ago so it's not an old boiler, a new pump was also fitted at the same time. Anyway, I have the hot water set to come on the morning but the last couple of days I've noticed after around 10mins it's cuts out, then after s couple of minutes it comes back on. The boiler is still on and shows no error code. The only time it's cut off before is when the hive thermostat loses signal, but in this case is hasn't. I've checked for air in the system and that's been ok. I've ran the heating through and that's ok upto now. Any ideas? I'm trying not to get a plumber out if it's not necessary because if costs etc. Any help much appreciated.

Is it a heat only boiler?, you say a new pump was also installed 6 years ago, what is the pump make, model, setting? Boiler output?and can you check the d.40 and d.41 values before it cuts out. What is the boiler flow temperature set to and what is the cylinder stat set to?
