Having a look at the above later, haven't come across F62 before but custard quoted from manual that it could relate to gas valve or electronics, any pointers if nothing obvious when I get there
 
last one i did had condence backed up was leaking through the heat ex onto the gas valve and causing the same fault! could be a new boiler if youre lucky!
 
Only had time for a quick look earlier, quick visual, pulled plugs off valve and reconnected all looked good, reset and worked on both hot and heating for the 20 mins or so I was there
No doubt have a phone call tomorrow
