....people that thread the fire valve phial and copper pipe through the same sleeve, why it takes no time to put a separate penetration in for the fire valve and makes life so much easier when it needs replaced.

people thay feel the need to break into a car, smash the drivers window, rip the dashboard to bits then steal the removable front off the radio. fantastic

Argos delivery lorries that park in the middle of the road when they cant get any closer to the front door where they are going, and the road is too narrow for them to go further anyhow, leaving me sitting behind waiting, waiting, waiting. So I left the van behind them and walked down the road to my custard. 20 mins later, custard says "theres an angry bloke outside asking if a plumbers in here, he's been ringing your mobile (that I left in the van). Seems he doesnt feel its right to block the road :)

Luckily I'm of the brick **** house build and he didnt want to discuss the matter further

I blocked a courier van in last week after he decided he could park wherever he wanted, as he was coming back to his van I shouted "I'll be 2 mins" before disappearing into a housing estate where I watched him have to reverse his sprinter all the way out..... Ha ha ha love it!!!

I'm a part time delivery driver for Argos. Got blocked in by a fat plumber once.......

Hi, basic question, any insight much appreciated. Looking to have an outdoor tap in my front porch fed from 15mm pex coming up from suspended floor. Pic 1 is inside porch, pex temporarily clipped to give an idea of pipe placement (ignore shoddy blockwork of booted cowboy builder!), Pic 2 is...

I want to reconnect some outbuildings to an existing water supply. The supply pipe is old 22mm MDPE and buried for a fair distance so not going to dig it up and replace it šŸ˜¬. Question is can I use normal 22mm plumbing push-fit connectors to make the connection as finding 22mm MDPE fittings...

I was stupid enough not to check the position of the pipes under the tiles when installing a toilet and drilled right through the center of a 16 mm copper water pipe. I exposed the pipe by removing a ~30cm section of the plastic sleeve and a ~10 cm section of the pipe around the hole. Several...
