He keeps asking for advice on boiler repairs. Has been told on the past, that he shouldn't. And we can't give advise. But he keeps on coming back, then gets arsed when it's refused.
looking at his previous posts, he must have the most unreliable Vaillant out there.
 
He hadn't appeared on my radar until now. I'll go take a look through his history.
 
Yeah, he was the guy who gave me the sarcastic response about giving out free advice.

Let us know what you find,he needs to warned if he keeps ignoring the rules he will be permanently removed
