Air mate

Check for air at cylinder. Look for an bleed vent or crack the flow cylinder Union to let the air escape. Make sure pump is free of air too.

No air vents in the loft at cylinder. CH been working fine, no air in rads.

Will bleed the pump again.

Anything else i can check?

Turn the pump upside down and vent the system everywhere possible with it running and boiler stat on low (providing it hasn't got a flow sensor like a solo he) then put the pump back usually does the trick

crack a fitting on the hot water tank bud its air man thats all

Thanks guys.

It was air as you all said, missed a vent yesterday on a fitting covered by insulation and taped up. Doh! bled the air and felt the pipes get red hot instantly. Sorted.

if there no vent ash you can crack the union or compression fitting on the top primary just for future ref
