Wow 150 posts about an outside tap.... who really care if it takes 30 mins or a whole day.
You charge what you like if you get the job then it's up to you how quick or how much you are happy to earn from it.
I understand why doing such jobs at low prices will have a negative affect on the industry but at the same time, someone that's got no work and the phones not ringing might be tempted to do it on the cheap to get a couple of quid and hoping to get a foot in the door.

Nothing to do with price! Everything to do with the time it takes to fit.
