Does anyone do new build? I s there an generic price list?
I have been asked to price up a block of 9 new build flats.

The ones I've seen are stupid

£25 for doing a kitchen sink including drilling the waste hole
£250 first and second fix a bathroom
£300 first and second fix a heating system (combi)
£350 "" (s system)

Etc

Plus materials which builder normally supply's

Note them prices are a decent size house building company ;)

My advice stick to the custom / customer spec ones

This is for 1&2 bed flats
Combi with 5 rads, kitchen sink and bathroom.
Gas run up a riser then in trac pipe

Think it will be a day rate or nothing

I would say allow 3-4 weeks total (per)

Also make sure gas riser is approved by planning and fire stopped :D

I only have a basic drawing but they are showing ventilation through from floor to floor on the riser cupboard, ventilated to outside on the ground
No mention of how the gas gets from the riser to boiler area

:D that's normal tbh, it's down to you most of the time to plan the route

Are you supplying materials or is the builder?

I wouldn't supply anything, labour only.
I think I'm going to offer day rate or leave it.
