Introduction and Help Needed

Hello, I've joined this forum after reading previous threads about the Architekt Avus Bath and Shower Filler having temperature fluctuation issues. This is my last resort before pursuing a claim with the supplier under the sales of goods act as we don't have a product that is free from fault and lasting a reasonable amount of time.
