Discuss How to remove Aqualisa Rise Rail in the UK Plumbing Forum | Plumbing Advice area at PlumbersForums.net

We had an Aqualisa rise shower fitted about 4 years ago - the rail has no screws - there is a locking mechanism and a tool provided to remove it. Unfortunately the fitters fitted our rail upside down so the locking mechanism is at the top so difficult to see (and against the wall). The aqualisa instructions and their customer support have been useless in providing anything that actually shows how to insert the tool and the action needed to release it - as its close to the ceiling and against the wall I cant actually watch what I'm doing as I try to work it out. Could anyone familiar with this rail shed some light? - I need to replace the spring clip and have the parts but need to remove the rail to replace it. Many thanks in advance!
