Hello Bulgaria! Is the property still cheap over there?

With the bottom crashing out of the UK market I might come live there

Hi *********, yes property is still cheap although not as cheap as when we bought 3 years ago, but there are still some very good bargains to be found . Properties on the black sea coast have peaked out on price and look to be falling due to massive overbuilding in the areas, inland property prices have peaked also but are still holding their price. Renovation projects in village locations tend to be the best deals (if you like to renovate of course).
Understand the feeling ref the Uk we decided to sell up and enjoy a stress free life over here and have not looked back since emigrating .
