As most people, we lost water over the past week. We traced part of the problem to the water meter which seemed to be frozen. I poured some warm water down the inspection chamber, and water returned, although at a lower pressure than usual. It now seems that the pressure is consistnetly low, and that the meter is not moving at all.

Anyone seen anything like this before?
 
yes it is possible its been damaged with the ice call your water supplier
