Hi, I'm new to the forum.

Im an AC/refrigeration engineer who's employer has decided I'm fit to undertake gas training to commercial level, to be able to work on reznor burners in weatherite units and ideal boilers. I have been looking around the training providers but am a little unsure of what courses are required to be taken to attain gas safe register status. I can't seem to get a straight answer from my employer, can anyone advise??

Thanks in advance!

You need Approved Prior Learning first.

Then a minimum of COCN1 - Core Commercial, CDGA1 - Direct Fired Gas Appliances and CIGA1 - Indirect Fired Gas Appliances. Plus CPA1.

This'll give you a bit more of an idea.
