I've been to have a look at this boiler today and it's leaking from the middle of the plastic plug on the hydrolock attached to the diverter valve, the bit with the hex key socket.
Gloworm have said that it requires the complete hydrolock replacing (£187+VAT) but surely there must be a work around on this? What does the plastic plug do? If it doesn't have any actual function then what thread is it? maybe I can get a brass plug from somewhere that will do the job without having to replace the whole block :)
