Im an installer in glasgow who came across this on an installation im looking for opinions and any advice from guys/ gals who have seen anything like this HUTCHISON STREET N0 2.jpg

These are exhaust flues of a ferroli modena 80 e , 15 mtres throughout the building they are not insulated, they are not ferroli terminals, water pours in through them and down into the boiler, i classed the boiler as at risk and shut it down, and recommended a new boiler which would cope with the condensation travellling down the exhaust part of the flue and prevent rain entering it

That is shocking! Internal flue used externally and a modification to the flue!

Kendod, PM Gasman with your Gas Safe details and you'll be granted access to the private gas safe forum.

lads thats nothing got a better one than these photos,View attachment 11808 the only reason use can see this flue terminal is that has just sucked up all the co gases produced by the other boilers, this my friends was over looked by gas safe..... and will shortly be posting a mind *** of information here that has cost me roughly between 30 and 40 grands worth of work by........ GAS SAFE, the registeredbody who infact do not tell you how it is done, it is youre manufacturors who will tell you how an appliance should be fitted, and looked after GAS SAFE are just a policing body for registered engineers not youre illegal gas workers................

Hi, basic question, any insight much appreciated. Looking to have an outdoor tap in my front porch fed from 15mm pex coming up from suspended floor. Pic 1 is inside porch, pex temporarily clipped to give an idea of pipe placement (ignore shoddy blockwork of booted cowboy builder!), Pic 2 is...
