Got to change this boiler soon it has built in clock from what I can see cable wise live neutral and earth and pump live aswell as hw on wire and htg on wire which feed the 3 port valve the problem is the sw live seems to be done by the inbuilt controls would I have to run another cable. System is y plan but no hw off
 
Move programmer to airing cupboard/3 port re use pump live and use the he or htg live as swl make the spare safe.

Got wireless room stat if wiring won't allow the existing to be re used

Cheers didn't think of that. The lack of a sw live confused me until I realised the clock internally does that and hw and htg wires just controll valve. Also as you say putting in next to cylinder I can do hw off so it's fully controlled
