Hi all

I'm a female plumber, so don't much encounter a urinal (especially as I usually only do domestic work).

I've been sent pics of something that has broken in a urinal - it's the flush valve. As I gather, the urinal cistern fills up gradually, and flushes through every so often.

A link to the correct new part to buy and fit would be massively appreciated.

Thanks everyone,

Jennie

1/2 inch is the most common. Measure the height
Bear in mind if you fix it they'll call you when it's blocked and whether you're male of female it'll make your eyes water.

Also take an 11/2 - 22mm female iron

Just need to know the height of it and normally order

The fittings below are for a mixer bar attached to a self contained shower. i.e not a wall. The attaching screws have snapped. I could get two new brackets, dismantle that existing one and start again or I could try and re attach via those screws, removing the broken ones from the plate and wall...
