Hi All,
This is my first post and was wondering if anyone could help me out in regards to boxing a Geberit UP320 concealed cistern.
My plumber recently did the first fix in installing the Geberit system but has now gone on holiday and has left it to the tiler to box the system. The tiler...

Basically This is a button operated concealed cistern and once flushed the flushvalve isnt always shutting. The button attaches via a cable and im not sure if its a button issue or flush valve? Is there much that can go wrong with the button?

Hi,
I am looking for advice about what cistern to replace my current concealed one with.
I have an Opella Castalia cistern with a Torbeck compact (bottom entry) inlet valve and Torbeck variflush drop valve. I fitted them myself about 2½ years ago as part of a Hombase supplied bathroom. It...

hi guys, after a bit of advice here. just installed a vanity unit, from plumbworld - came with a concealed cistern. The pipe from the cistern to the bowl seemed to be 40mm at one end, and 32 at the other. The seal that goes into the pan is a black finned type.

In concealed cistern. The float valve vibrates a lot (mainly when it begins to refill, less when nearly full.) If you put your fingers on where the piston bit closes the valve you can feel it going like the clappers.
Is there a standard washer and seat set that would fit this or would I need...
Hi all - I have just fitted a new pan to an old concealed cistern - the cistern is behind tiled plasterboard. I have 'refurbished' the cistern by replacing the syphon and ball valve. However the flush is now not powerful to flush properly and keeps going for a long time.
Is this because the...

I've foolishly bought online a concealed cistern/frame and a wall mounted wc.
In my amateur opinion, the frame, the back of the pan, and the front face of the pan which the bolts pass through should all be parallel.
That way, they will all clamp up nicely when the bolts are tightened...

I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good concealed cistern?
I'm completely gutting the bathroom and starting again from scratch with a new suite, so there's no need to worry about needing a cistern of a certain physical size (within reason).
I've looked at Grohe, Geberit and Dudley...
