The pipe is in 2 pieces with an O ring connecting the vertical to the horizontal piece.

2) Remove toilet
3) Cut holes in tile...

I am having a bit of difficulty with establishing precisely what needs to be replaced on this Grohe concealed cistern. The builder who installed the item originally was called to deal with the leak from the flowpipe (at the cistern end) but has been unable to do so. Unfortunately he...

Hi there,
I had planned to connect the Grohe Adagio cistern in an adjacent room from the WC - please see the diagram below.
The Grohe technical brochure diagram states a max distance of 407mm from cistern to WC - however the distance I am proposing is around 630mm.
Does that mean that my...

I think its a Grohe or TECE cistern, but it doesn't appear to have a lid on the cistern itself, it looks like a sealed box?

Hi
I need a new 90 deg bend plastic waste pipe. Unfortunately, the pipe appears to be a non-standard make, a chap in one of the plumbing suppliers I asked said he thought it was a continental size.
It is about 43 mm outside diameter. It is just too big for the screw threads to fit the standard...
