From where the spout / collar rotates, you can see a bit of limescale.

Strip, descale, new o-rings but make sure you lube with food grade silicone grease.

If it was just this one I'd be in like Flynn but there's a couple of hundred in one building all failing at the same time so would love to know a bit more about them, it's not one I've seen before...

Never seen it specifically. Looks like a pull out type. Is it? Remember if it is it must have appropriate protection in place.

If it were me doing lots of them, I'd strip one down & order appropriate qtys of spares to do them all.

I think that tap was designed by Salvador dali when he was high as a seagull and re designing his kitchen, but it is unique!

Bet it is one of the ones with the large 11/4” thread going through the sink itself. Good luck find a replacement that isn’t a small fortune.
