My local British Legion Club has three urinal bowls fed from one automatic flushing cistern.

Ideally they want to save water and keep the bowls smelling sweetly.

A cistermiser may do the economy trick but what about keeping the bowls deodorised? They don't want to use the loo blocks and, this being a charity, has both eyes firmly focused on installation and running costs.
Any thoughts appreciated.

Cistermiser will do the trick, set it to flush 5 seconds after detection of no movement and to flush for as long as possible.

I'm trying to remember if the frequency of the hygiene lush can be changed.
