Thanks Chris. Says he has checked the pressure in the expansion vessel.In correct vessel charge + pipes not clipped as said before.
If you want to made a claim against installer you will need to give them the opportunity to correct it first.
My plumber thinks that the big valve on the right (no idea what to call it) may be faulty and plans to replace it. I’m very sceptical.

Where does the TPRV enter the D1? I cant see that in these. I can see the PRV into the tundish.
