My grundfos alpha 2 15-60 130 pump is set to 3 but not pulling more than 9w so all rads are cold. What could be the problem and how can I solve this. Thanks for any help

9w will pump nothing zero, should be - 14/20 watts, check pump valves open and vent pump if newly installed, recheck settings, can you post a link to that exact model please as I only have my steam driven old Iphone. Also ensure setting ISNT on Auto.

New pump common issue with the alphas
