Wanting to know people's opinion on these oil boilers? Particularly the heat exchanger as to reliability and build quality.

Some very poor reviews on Trustpilot and other sites. Are they worth avoiding at all costs?
 
Avoid for me yes we have pulled out a number of leaking ones way less than 10 years old.
Also the back up is appalling ask a question about any of there boilers even one day out of warranty they will refuse to talk to you!
We are Grant installer's have very few problems.
Hounsfield well made but no combi and a far more limited range.

Hello, I am seeking some advice, I have a POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler and I noticed yesterday that the water around the house is no longer warming up. The heat exchanger has been changed 6 months ago, so I do not believe it is that. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks
