helllooo every1,

im asking a bit daft question but i hope you can help me out here.

i was tring to gas rate a main 25 he boiler but it kept on modulating, how do we set these to service mode so we can gas rate them on full power? dont have MI

Need bit more info on exact boiler model. Is it newer one with zero governor-Combi eco 25?
 
simons, ive run it on full water mode but i know it modulates when the fan speed reduces

Well it is the same as a Promax HE then. All heating controls calling. Heating & water temp knobs fully off. Turn HW knob quarter turn twice quickly. CH knob now round fully clockwise. Take your G/R & FGA. Job done.

Our kitchen mixer tap has started dripping. Like so much of the plumbing in our almost new build bungalow, it is lacking! The plumber didn't install any isolating cocks in the H&C feed to the tap so how can I identify which of the valves is passing? Shut the whole H&C water system down?
