Hello, everything is working with my rf controller except the comfort temp setting. It's set to 15. When I turn the dial it occasionally jumps to 15.2 then back again. The dial works on all other aspects of selecting things, timer, modes etc. As it's set to a lower temp than what it is, it won't allow my heating to kick in. If the temp goes below 15 the heating does work but goes off when it reaches 15. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Do you mean the Ecot Temperature? If set, this is the temperature that will be maintained if the thermostat is turned off. Don’t ask me why Vokera call it Ecot. In essence it is a minimum temperature ( that if set) that the controller maintains

To operate it has to be programmed in the controller and the heating set to a lower temperature than that set up as the Ecot temperature.

If set at 15 degrees the controller will keep the temp at a minimum of 15 degrees 24 hrs / day.

Hope this helps
