Hi, this is my first post.
I have just plumbed a new monobloc Franke tap using copper pipe and chrome compression fittings. The water now has a metalic taste to it.
1) is this normal?
2) can I do anything to get rid of it?
thanks.

Will go eventually - its probably left over from the manufacturing process.

I also had this problem - but it went away pretty quickly
