I have tenants who 'bucket bathe' in the bath causing the silicone to fail every few months and causing leak damage - is fitting no more leak tape the answer?

Fibreglass bath ? If so if the edge fully supported with timber on the underside on the walls etc ?

As Shaun says support the edges with timber.

The other VERY important thing is to fill the bath with water, then apply the silicone and leave the bath full of water for 24hours before letting it out.

Also make sure ALL old silicone and its residue is removed first, then clean bath/tile joint with isopropanol before applying the new silicone - use Dow, not some cheap rubbish.

I have attached an image of the brass body within a tap. Having replaced a cartridge which has cured a leaking tap, I can see that there is a small leak from the brass body which can be unscrewed. Is there a seal behind the body? Thanks.

I have an ideal vogue max S18 boiler and I’m considering fitting auto balancing TRVs, my question relates to the boilers pump. I see a boiler pump menu for either 70% or 100%, so, is the pump set at either one of two fixed speed percentages or does the pump actually vary speed, (modulate)...
