Had a good one today. Tennant in a 4 bed house mentions the dinning rad never gets hot. I turn all other rads off but still not hot. Do the usual trv etc I phone landlord who says don't worry there is underfloor htg in that room the builder put it in when he built the extension. I then click in. He has took the existing pipe drop took one into the floor and looped up and down under ext and then come up into rad and out other side to rtn. Only noticed once I removed boxing. Some things still amaze me
