bleach then rinse with water every time
brick acid but test in a corner first
diluted bleach and a small brush works a treat with porcelain & ceramic tiles. Try not to use bleach with natural stone especially dark stone slate etc.Absolutely that.
I've been advising customers to do that for years, never done it myself until a week or so ago.
Bucket of water with some bleach in, toothbrush to apply it to the grout. Go back after 10 minutes and a quick wipe over with the re-dipped toothbrush brings it back to new.
